Troop 60 will have a lock-in at the Parker United Methodist Church in Parker City on Friday, February 20 through Saturday morning, Feburary 21. We’ll be working on our First Aid requirements and First Aid merit badge.
Troop 60 will have a Court of Honor on Sunday, February 22nd at 4pm. Location to be announced.
We are also planning a Troop overnight outing to Camp Redwing in March. More information to come.
Scouts learn survival skills during winter camping trip

SELMA — Andrew Garcia, 11, of Muncie, may have been cold on Saturday morning, but that’s the way he likes it. Especially when he’s camping.
Andrew, his older brother Alex, 12, and nearly100 other Boy Scouts spent the weekend at Camp Redwing for their local 2009 Winter Camporee, a chance for the boys to test their winter survival skills and have fun out in the cold.
Even when it’s six below zero when they wake up.
