Saturday, Sept. 11th – Sunday, Sept. 12: Fall Classic Archery Shoot — Troop 60 will be running the concession stand at the Farmland Conservation Club. Every scout who works will gain free admittance to the Fall Camporee in October.

Friday, Oct. 8th-Sunday, Oct. 10th: Fall Camporee — To be held at the 21st Annual ‘Civil War Days’ in Hartford City, Indiana.

To help Ethan complete his campfire program requirement for the Communications Merit Badge, we are having our regular Monday meeting at Steve Oliphant’s house in Parker City on Monday, August 9th.

Plan on being free the weekend of August 20-21 for an outing down south to Turkey Run.

Also, coming in September, Troop 60 will be working the concession stand for the Fall Archery Shoot at the Farmland Conservation Club on Sept. 10-12.

An Eagle Scout Court of Honor will be held at the Selma Elementary School in Selma, Indiana on Friday, June 25th at 7pm for Mitchell Dudley.

Troop 60 Scouts need to be there by 6:30pm for preparations.

May 10

Troop 60 met at the Maxville Cemetery on Monday, May 10th to put in some service hours to help clean up the cemetery.

On May 28th-30th, Troop 60 will be helping the Conservation Club by running the kitchen for their annual Spring Archery Shoot. All profits from food and drinks go towards the Scouts. We need adults and scouts to volunteer for 3-4 shifts on Saturday and Sunday. If you can help, please call Frank Turner at 765-729-9823.
